Each of the Democratic candidates in the Sept. 16 primary for the Fourth Plymouth District state representative seat, which represents Marshfield and precincts 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 in Scituate, was invited to fill out a questionnaire with information about themselves and the reasons they feel they should be elected.
